EXECUTIVE L-SHAPE SUITE: This suite from the Descor Collection is manufactured with the utmost attention to detail, quality and sustainability. The veneer is made from bamboo*, a rapidly renewable resource that can be harvested every 3 to 5 years. Harder than maple and lighter than oak, bamboo is a sustainable and cost effective alternative to traditional hardwoods and solids. The particleboard substrate and aluminum framed glass is made from 100% recycled materials. As a Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified manufacturer, Global Contract is committed to the promotion of environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world’s forests.
LOUNGE CHAIR: The Citi lounge chair offers a contemporary, timeless look. It is finely scaled so it works particularly well where space is at a premium.
TASK CHAIR: The Paro offers an optically light and slender visual with top quality design that meets the highest ecological demands, using premium quality European components.

ECO GARAGE
SMART FORTWO PASSION CABRIOLET

smart is the proud recipient of the 2008 ecoENERGY Award recognizing it as the most fuel-efficient vehicle in its class.
The Passion Cabriolet has all the features of the Passion Coupe plus an upgraded radio and sound system that includes an mp3 compatible in-dash 6-disk CD changer. The main difference lies in the soft top with a heated rear glass window that is fully automatic and can be infinitely adjusted to any position while driving at any speed. For the full cabriolet experience, simply remove the side roof bars - taken out in no time - and stow them in a special compartment in the tailgate.

ECO-LIVING ROOM
The carpet in the eco living display is made from 100% wool and is available in a variety of colours, patterns, weights and sizes. All accent pieces are made from renewable materials such as bamboo, vine and silk.
Our Naomi sofa is covered in a wool flannel and linen blend, and features a Candice Olson frame. It can be customized to the buyer’s preferences and comfort level, with 1500 fabrics to choose from!
The Otis chair is covered in a linen blend fabric and features a cotton accent pillow and Candice Olson frame. It also can be customized to the buyer’s choice of wood colour, fabric and comfort level.
Our Del Ray bench ottoman is shown in a linen blend fabric and is available in 2 sizes and a range of 1500 fabrics or leathers. The cube ottoman is made from cork and comes in five different colours. It can be custom made in any size - to the square inch!

UMBRELLA CABINETRY
Eco Kitsch Cabinets: Exterior door panels are fabricated from bamboo and feature a rich, amber finish. The biodegradable substrate is constructed from Kraft paper and recycled MDF fibres.
Environmental Policy: Umbrella is a custom cabinetry manufacturer with environmental roots. Our future is a green approach with eco friendly materials. Umbrella will manufacture cabinetry with sustainable, recyclable and eco friendly products. Our design and production teams want to leave a green footprint in the marketplace. The future is not just ours; it also belongs to our children.
FLOORING
Arteca flooring is manufactured by Amtico International under the ISO 14001 environmental management system, and has been both GreenGuard and Floorscore certified for IAQ. Reduced maintenance costs and exceptional durability means Arteca flooring is a natural choice for busy homes and businesses.
UPPER CABINET PAINT
The VOC formula, semi-gloss paint used on our upper cupboards has been provided by Sico, the complete solution for eco source paint.
UNDER CABINET LIGHTING
The under cabinet lighting used in the display has been supplied by Royal Lighting and features T5 high-output fluorescent bulbs. Manufactured by Juno Lighting, these high-efficiency, high colour bulbs meet the criteria standards to achieve the Energy Star Seal with approximately 10,0000 bulb life hours.
